Demcon focal bietet individuelles Design und Engineering (D&E) in einem multidisziplinären Ansatz, an dem die Bereiche Optik, Bildverarbeitung, Daten, Elektronik, Software, Maschinenbau und System Engineering beteiligt sind. Zu unseren Aktivitäten gehören das Erfassen und Dokumentieren der technischen Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden (Lastenheft/Pflichtenheft), die Entwicklung von optischen Systemkonzepten, der Entwurf optischer Komponenten, die Erstellung von Prototypen, die Detailkonstruktion, die Fertigung, die Montage, die Systemintegration und Testtätigkeiten.
Wir bieten auch die Volumenproduktionen von komplexen optischen Modulen an, die ausgebildete Ingenieure, spezielle Anlagen und Reinraumumgebungen erfordern. Für die Fertigung von großen Stückzahlen sowie dem dazugehörigen Produktsupport arbeiten wir oft mit unserer Schwesterfirma Demcon Production zusammen, welche u.a. viel Routine haben in der für die Serienfertigung von komplexen Produkten erforderlichen Logistik.

As optical engineer at Demcon focal you will be responsible for designing complex optical systems, performing trade-off studies, error budgeting and tolerance analysis. You will be involved in the full life cycle of product development, and you will contribute to the verification and qualification of the created solution. In addition, you provide technical content support to the project managers.
vision engineer.
Do you have a strong interest in optics & vision technology and want to contribute to vision-inspired innovations? At Demcon focal we are looking for enthusiastic vision engineers for our location in Enschede!
You will be responsible for designing optics & vision systems, performing trade-off studies, for example cost-benefit analysis, accuracy and throughput, and develop algorithms for information extraction.
